College - It’s Mid-Term Week.

I will be doing my best. Although the year started rocky with the New Year holiday and then the Martin Luther King holiday…almost killed me but I’m all caught up on my readings, discussions, homework, labs, and projects. Attempting to finish your degree is 3 Years instead of 4 is quite the challenge. But I like challenges. I’m happy I only have a year and a half left. That’ll fly by fast. Getting ideas for my Engineering Senior Project, what to do? — Anyways, another thing I’m glad about is that the Professor I have is one of my favorites. He pushes me to do EVERYTHING in class and pressures me by calling on me during lecture. Catches me off guard. lol I’m on Tumblr. :) & Not only is he really good with teaching, he is also best friends with the Dean of Engineering. The Dean is pretty awesome too. If I ever had any hardships during class or with whatever the situation (schedules, equipment, etc.) he’ll make sure he writes down every detail of my issue into his planner so that he can get back to me.

→ Speaking of education and what not…since I’m basically almost done learning the basics / theories of engineering and all my engineering math courses completed, I’m definitely in the market for an internship. The Career Fair is in two weeks and I am hoping *fingers crossed that GE Healthcare will be there…I’d really like to have a nice chat with them since my Brother-in-Law works for them as a Senior Engineer. :) & Since I don’t have time to do charity work at the moment, an internship will really help with networking, relationship building in general, and get me some actual experience in the engineering field. I need to step my game up because my college resume looks like crap, seriously.
