Good News,

I finally found a home for my little family and I. :)
· For about 6 months now I have been searching for a new place and so far I haven’t had any luck finding a dog-friendly (for aggressive breeds), price-comparable, and overall nice place. And one day out on a whim I contacted a property to see if they allowed pets. However, the realtor wrote back to me saying the property was rented out already, although, the owner still had another place for rent…That’s how I came upon this home that my hubby and I are absolutely loving. :)

→ Just this past Sunday my Husband and I made an appointment with the realtor to visit the property and we love it! It’s a townhouse, a 3+ story home. There’s a living room, laundry room, family room, dining room, kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms, and 3 bedrooms. There’s a lot of storage and closets and comes with all appliances. The house may seem a bit awkward but the design is actually very modernized. Decorating it will be a lot of fun, however, I’m going to have to play around with the colors schemes. It’s a very vintage place and style; which, I love as well.

· I have to say, this place is more than what we expected. The design utilizes the whole building, literally. And as my husband and I were walking through the place, I kept asking him if he liked it and if he could see himself living there with me and Diesel. Is it comfy? Is it too much, too little? — My husband’s opinion is very important to me. If he can’t see himself waking up in this place, or calling it our “home”, then I can’t either. Also, he makes the decisions, Yes or No. This place is a yes for us. :) I’m currently filling out paperwork and getting my gear together. I’m so excited!
